What are Shiitake mushrooms?
Chefs around the world have cooked dishes containing Shiitake mushrooms for thousands of years, and they’re currently the second most commonly eaten mushroom. Shiitake mushrooms are native to Japan and China, where they grow on decaying hardwood trees. In addition to their delectable savory flavor, Shiitake mushrooms contain eritadenine, sterols, beta glucans, and polysaccharides, which may significantly boost your immune system.
What are Cordyceps mushrooms?
Cordyceps mushrooms were first discovered by yak shepherds over 2,000 years ago. They noticed that their yaks were more active after eating mushrooms they found, and when the shepherds ate them, they felt that boost of energy for themselves! Cordyceps mushrooms generally grow on insect larvae in the wild, but our products contain pure, safe, lab-grown mushrooms. Scientists believe these Cordyceps mushrooms increase your body’s production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), a huge part of determining your energy levels.
What are Chaga mushrooms?
Chaga mushrooms originally grew mostly on birch trees in cold climates like Northern Europe, Siberia, Northern Canada, and Alaska, where they were used as traditional medicine. Chaga mushrooms are packed with antioxidants that may boost your immune system. Traditionally, Chagas were ground into a fine powder and used as herbal tea, but now you can enjoy them in capsules, tinctures, gummies, and more!
What are Lion’s Mane mushrooms?
Lion’s Mane mushrooms get their name because their tendrils grow to resemble a floppy lion’s mane. They’ve been used both as medicine and as food in China, Japan, India, and Korea for thousands of years. Lion’s Mane mushrooms contain a variety of helpful chemicals, including anti-inflammatory agents and antioxidants.

Each of these functional mushrooms is powerful on their own, but you reap extra benefits from using them together. Chaga mushrooms may reduce your body’s inflammation levels and reducing stress. I was fully expecting it to taste overwhelmingly of mushroom, but I was pleasantly surprised. It tasted like coffee and I did not need to doctor it up with sugar. Perfect substitute if you’re looking to cut back on caffeine but have enough energy to get through the afternoon slump.
